Club Carillion Members and their guests enjoy a free wine tasting and complimentary plate prepared by Bistro Molines. 

If you have a special request for seating location, please include it in the 'Special Requirements' box on the final step of booking. We can't guarantee we'll be able to accommodate all requests, but as a Club Carillion member we'll make sure we do everything we can to accommodate you!

A guided wine tasting of our most popular wines in our beautiful cellar door jn the Hunter Valley. 

Enjoy stunning views of family-owned Tallavera Grove Vineyard from our dog-friendly cellar door, home of Carillion Wines.

As well as wines from the vineyard you're gazing over, try our small-batch specialities from family vineyards in Orange in Central West NSW, and Wrattonbully, near Coonawarra in South Australia.

We've got something to please all palates, including sparkling wine, whites, rosé, reds and, when the vintage is right, sweet wines, too.

Traditional French varieties alongside more exotic Italians. From Riesling and Chardonnay to Verduzzo and Fiano, or Pinot Noir and Shiraz to Aglianico and Sagrantino (and more), there's something for everyone.
